Using a global network of over 250 franchisees, Sandler Training provides some of the best and most effective sales and management training in the world.


Visual Impact Group worked with Sandler Training to develop a unique online assessment tool used to identify “gaps” between perceived performance and actual effectiveness in several different sales activities and skills. The assessment offers application to both existing Sandler clients and prospective Sandler clients.

An innovative backend reporting system allows Sandler to view the most critical “gaps,” identify training needs, and offer practical, relevant training solutions. In addition, the application is flexible enough to allow assessments to be customized to a client's needs and accommodate several different languages.
